Tremendous power comes from the baring, examining, and acceptance of oneself. The journey of self discovery and growth is a path that must be taken alone. Let us walk side by side regardless.
Welcome, Sisters (and Brothers). Keep the door cracked if you go.

More About Me
I am Kamryn Brinson (many people choose to call me Kam). I am from Georgia and now reside in Missouri (temporarily). I grew up with my family- Mom, Dad, and one older brother- focused always on school, sports, and our futures. My brother and I have tried almost every sport common in America at least once. We both played multiple sports through high school and later received athletic scholarships during our college searches. Despite our different offers and opportunities, we chose to attend the United States Military Academy (West Point) together. He went the year before me, and I promised to follow. I became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. in the fall of 2017, Tau Theta chapter. I joined the Long Grey Line as class of 2021 with a degree in Nuclear Engineering.
I am currently about to enter a transition stage in my life, and I am terrified, excited, and sad. I have always had a projected plan for my future, and that plan has changed. Now I can do something new. It’s the journey into the unknown! I have two groups of best friends outside of my DST line sisters- one group named “Squad” that I’ve known and loved since freshman year of high school and my super-senior year college roommates the “Honey Whines” that are making this blog. Both groups have known me through some of the hardest times of my life, and I am so grateful to have them (along with my family) as I continue forward in life. Sisterhood is beautiful and extremely important, to me at least.
As an individual, I’d like to think that I am curious, non-judgmental, level-headed, and creative. Nonsense analysis of literature and art genuinely makes me feel like a god level genius; my friends have called me ‘wise,’ but I really just talk sometimes and hope what I say makes sense. Social issues, the different sides of humanity, and people being who they want to be are very important to me. I enjoy hearing differing opinions, but I won’t pretend I don’t get heated during certain topics haha. I do not have any younger sisters or siblings, but I would love to be someone people can potentially learn from or to at least spark a change in someone’s mind or life.
